Aiming for 120ish people
Hair dressers ("Artists", "Presenters") – will be on stage and will have 6 models. Very interactive, they will give presentation. Wants a good shot of the presenter to stream to the TVs. Wants it a little tighter on the haircuts etc. Wants a "switcher" so we can have different angles?
Doesn't need a recording, just wants a "live feed" so people can watch the screen as opposed to the actual stage.
"If by chance you have a larger TV we could utilize we would pay for that as well"

Presentations start at 6, but with D2D people involved I wanna get there and start getting ready by 1.
Has space starting at 12:30 so we can get there even earlier if need be.
