Bride: Taylor
Groom: Brendan
Party Details: 4 on each side. A couple siblings, her brother (a little bit of a cryer) will be in the party.
Two little kids – specifically wants a shot of Jake (Brendan's nephew dancing at the reception?)

Timeline Summary

Access is 12-12

**2:30 - UNF Start at Dress on **

2:55 - First look with dad & brother
3:10 - First Touch and Vows (MIC!!!)

3:30 - Some Party Portraits
Guys will go down and out with one photographer/videogrpaher, ladies will go up to the roof with the other (so Taylor doesn't need to be seen by any guests).
Note: Need to stage guys prep shots – Taylor was keen on prep content.

4:30 - Ceremony
Some sort of special unity event – follow up later
~half hour

5 - Cocktail Hour

5-6 - Lot's o' Photos

  • Family, full party, Couple
  • Family should be advised ahead of time these will need to be go-go-go. Listen to the photographers – If told to jump, the response should be to literally ask "how high"
  • Couple should have complete list of family photos for photographer head of time to get through these quickly.
  • Small number of full party photos quickly right away, then rest of the time for couple.
  • Potential photo timeline:
    • 5:00 - family portraits
    • 5:20 - To Rosa Parks/GRAM or Civic Auditorium for full party photos
    • 5:30 - Couple portraits
    • 5:45 - Back to rooftop for more couple portraits? (might be too quick for this)

**6:00 - Reception **
Suggested going right into first dance & special dances, followed by cake cutting and any other events they want video of before dinner to get the most out of their video time.
