Notes: **Instructions to Access Treehouse from Venue: ** You will have access to the room no earlier than the scheduled set up time listed on the contract. Please do not arrive early as the doors will be locked. We will provide you with a day of contact number so that you can inform us if you need additional directions. The allotted three personal vehicles that have received authorization for will be able to park up at the Tree House as parking is very limited. When you arrive at the Tree House, you may pull intothe circle drive in front of the building to unload all of your equipment. Once you have unloadedall of your equipment you must move your vehicle to the designated parking area, a staff membercan direct you. Please move your vehicle immediately after unloading so the next vendor can loadin. All vehicles must be moved off the road as it is an emergency access/fire lane and needs to bekept clear at all times. **Directions to Tree House: ** - Make sure you have the gate code provided and the coordinator’s cell phone number if code - Take Butterworth road (South of the large zoo parking lot) heading west. - On your left hand side will be a Coca-Cola plant. On your right will be a warehouse. Past the warehouse, there is a road on the right (this road is not marked with a street sign) - Continue up the hill until you come to a fork in the road (~0.25miles) - When you reach the fork in the road, follow the black “Bissell Tree House Event” signs. - There is a keypad on the driver’s side before the automatic gate. Enter the code given to youby the Rental Coordinator and the gate will open. If it does not, contact the Rental Coordinatorwith the cell phone number provided in email. - When passing through the gate, follow the black “Bissell Tree House Event” signs to the left. - This will eventually wrap around to the tree house. Please drive slowly as the Zookeeper’s parkand work in this area.
