Style Notes
"Blending of familyies and cultures"

A family event; they want to go for a family feel**. **Not just her and tab, but focusing on the family and friends as much as possible. Not as interested in the prep stuff (but did include it in her shot list so let's still get it i guess).

Son is dressed up in a kilt, full scottish attire. A lot of celtic. Processional is non-traditional.

Wants to do veil shots.

Reception grand entrance is big dance!!

Timeline Summary

Note from Mia:

My mom & I & kids will be arriving at FMG to dress at 2:30. We need a minimum of 30 minutes alone to settle in. Perhaps the bridal party photos can be taken during that time ?
The outdoor Waterfall Ceremony begins at 6pm. The bridal party will be taken at 5pm to the hiding spot near the Waterfall. Please let us know what time the bridal party should arrive prior to the ceremony (Sun Sep 4, 2022). The bridal party meeting spot is the FMG gift shop.

8am - Hair & Makeup
12pm - Lunch
UNF start 2:15
2:30 - Mia Arrives at FMG Dressing Room

Note -- Mia's mom really wanted time to 'get settled in' alone and doesn't want to be bothered too much until 3. We will just need to pop in to grab details etc.

PhotoG Planns to do details immedietly upon arrival. Mia is going to pass on the hanging dress shot because of timeline.

2:30 - Photos W/ Tab & Bridal Party

everyone leaves on the same tram! Be there with equipment ready!

Can't drive back to ceremony location, bring something to carry equipment more easily.
Trying to involve the family as much as possible, her kids will be playing big role. Son is ring bearer, daughter is flower girl.
No more that 30 minutes.

Guests on tram back to Reception Space. Mike take equipment back to get set up for reception!
