Elevator
There is an elevator on the left hand corner of the ceremony room which will go up to the reception space. Probably easiest to bring equipment up through that as to avoid the "maze of stairs."
Equipment Storage
Venue wants us to keep equipment in wedge-wood room.
Tech Notes - DJ Eddie with Truvision
Truvision is doing sound for ceremony & "dancing" reception (downstairs). Possible upstairs but its a possibility that he won't be, so be ready to figure somethin' out.

Valerie's Mom
Valerie's mom is dealing with breast cancer treatment currently, try to get a lot of good footage of her.
She may be in a wheelchair for a portion of the day, they would prefer we mainly stick to the shots of her out of the wheel chair.
We do not have details about Valerie's dad, and he there is no father/daughter dance.
