In 2019, Infiniti of Grand Rapids approached us about creating a video to promote and explain their Elite Protection Program. They felt that the program was a genuinely good offer, but sales numbers weren't as high as they had expected and were looking for a new tool for their sales team.
We sat down with the sales and management team at Infiniti, reviewed the features of the program, and worked together to develop a video that would do a better job of engaging viewers and converting sales than literature they had used before.
Their team now shows the Elite Protection Explainer Video to customers after they purchase their vehicle, and have seen a noticeable increase in its sales as a result. The video, being far more engaging than informational literature, proved to capture the customers' interest and explain the special features of the plan in a way that really resonated with them.
