After you've booked with us, we'll set a phone or video call to chat about what you're looking for in your video, talk about your timeline, and provide some tips and tricks for planning your wedding to get the most out of your video. It's entirely ok if you don't have a timeline finished (or even started) at this point.  We love helping people think through timelines and plan out their day!

After we've had our first meeting about your day and videos, we will leave you to plan for a few months while your wedding grows ever-closer.

But don't hesitate to reach out if you need help with planning, are looking for ideas, or just want to have a timeline jam sesh — we're always down to talk shop about the big day!

Your video comes to our in-house team of editors in Grand Rapids, who will review and sort the footage, compile your Ceremony & Reception Videos, and finally storyboard and edit your Highlight.

We pride ourselves on attention to detail and consistent quality, so we work through each project together as a team. With multiple pairs of eyes on each of our projects, we ensure a level of quality that is simply not possible with an individual editor.

Once we come up with a storyboard and plan for your video, we work on picking out music.

It's important to pick out music that fits with how the video is edited and brings out the emotion in all the best parts of the day, but it's just as important that we pick out a song that you and your fiancé are going to love.

We take input from you on the type of music you listen to and the style you're looking for in your Highlight. After the wedding, and once we review the footage and craft our plan, we will send our music choices to you before editing begins.  This way, you can let us know if you like it or if you'd prefer we go another direction.

Once the storyboard is planned and music is selected, our editors get to work on finishing up your videos!  Everything from the pacing to the color grading is thoughtfully considered to bring out the best in your day.
