You Can Feel Their Excitement! 💕
Lindsey & Joey held an elegant event at Ciccone Vineyard & Winery in beautiful Traverse City. These two were SO excited! Seriously, you can feel their excitement through the screen ☺️💕 And (our favorite), their dog had a cameo! 🐕
During our pre-wedding calls, Lindsey & Joey elected to include voice-over in their wedding video, so their vows and speeches could tell the story of their day! Their private vows, read during their first look, are seriously so special 😭 They also had some seriously excellent speakers during their reception!
The lush Michigan green of Ciccone (and, let's be honest, all of Traverse City & Suttons Bay) gave this wedding a brilliant color! When we were color grading this one, we wanted to bring out those incredible colors. We love the way it brings out the lush green, but also the pop of pink from Lindsey's bouquet and decorations.
These two wanted a "folky" vibe, something reminiscent of the Lumineers, but gave us a little creative leeway when choosing music for their wedding video. We picked this song for its motion--it moves between upbeat and slow, perfect to bring emotion to those important moments! It's also terribly romantic, don't you think?
In all, we really loved Lindsey & Joey's wedding day, and we think their wedding video matches the experience we had up in TC perfectly. Congratulations to Lindsey & Joey! 🥂
